Freebuff Patcher

Ad-free, no telemetry and a nicer look for the Freebuff desktop client on Windows.

1. Quit Freebuff (tray icon, Quit).
2. Run FreebuffPatcher.exe, pick the packs you want and click Apply.
3. Start Freebuff. Rules update by themselves; after a Freebuff update, Apply again.
